British Bakewell Tart

There is a small town in the north Yorkshire England area called Bakewell. It's a mining town, and apart from it's mining history, it's known for one other thing; The Bakewell tart!

Crumbly pie crust, fresh raspberry compote, almond frangipane, and
amaretto. The lightly lemon flavored Icing is made with a lemon/cherry undertone. We can't give away all our secret ingredients, but this Bakewell tart is as authentic as it gets!
